Return and Exchange Policy for Zyme Products
At Zyme, we carefully craft our wellness and supplemental products to ensure quality and satisfaction. As these are edible items, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or guarantee refunds.
Product Satisfaction
We understand that personal preferences vary, and if a product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us at zyme@getzymecare.com. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we’re happy to work with you to find an alternative product of similar value at no additional cost.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of food-grade products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or guarantee refunds. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Product Quality and Testing
All products sold by Zyme have been tested by the manufacturer to verify quality and purity. Testing results are summarized in each product description. While Zyme maintains records of these testing results, we do not publicly share the original reports to protect the manufacturer’s confidentiality.
Zyme guarantees 99% purity and the specified strength/concentration as described in each product listing. In the event that a third-party test indicates a deviation from this guarantee, we will work with the manufacturer to issue a replacement. To initiate this process, documented proof of the third-party test results are required.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at zyme@getzymecare.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the package is missing, we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf. If the courier concludes that the package was indeed lost, we will send a replacement if the item is still available. If the item is no longer available and the claim confirms it was missing, a refund will be issued.
Limitations
This policy excludes exchanges, refunds, or returns under any circumstances outside of a confirmed courier issue as noted above. Zyme is not responsible for product usage outcomes and limits its guarantees solely to purity and concentration as specified on each product’s listing.
