Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your chosen method and shipping destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays with the courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at zyme@getzymecare.com. We will file a claim with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Replacements will be sent if the courier confirms the package was lost or damaged.

International Orders and Customs

For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
